As “connected” travellers, we were on a quest to engage with cultures and communities in rural Zambia that have not enjoyed – to date – the benefits of technology.

Vivid Productions followed our expedition with their cameras, with the view of making a pilot video documenting the inspirational story of what happens when 21st century communication technology meets rural culture.

One of the stories that we looked at was the impact internet and computers is having on education, using iSchool.zm as the example.

Here’s a behind the scenes peek at some of the filming where, after having visited a school and seen iSchool in action, we interviewed their Head Teacher, Lulu.
